Now Hiring
Front End Developer

We’re looking for a front-end developer who is passionate about design, accessibility, and user experience.

We are a business innovation and design company that solves dynamic, complex problems across a number of industries. We’ve always believed that actions speak louder than words, which is why we’re dedicated to pushing the boundaries of everything we make. Technology plays a key role in how we and our clients evolve, and we’re looking for someone to lead and shape that vision of the future.

We have a small but growing team that is looking to use technology in new ways. We want to more closely integrate design and development processes, build tools to help us work smarter, and make great experiences for our clients.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a front-end developer who is passionate about design and user experience and can push our work to be more accessible, performant, and immersive. Someone who prefers prototyping over talking. Someone who applies the right tool to the job and doesn’t simply jump on The Next Big Framework bandwagon.

The wide range of work we see means we need someone who’s interested in a wide range of challenges in design and technology. Most importantly, we look for people who can push us to improve our work and what we can accomplish together.

The “requirements”

  • Deep expertise in HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with server-side environments
  • Close attention to detail
  • Willingness to jump on projects of all types and sizes
  • Great communication skills and the ability to articulate technical details to a non-technical audience

We encourage people to bring their whole selves to work, and want you to feel comfortable bringing your non-work passions, side hustles and weird hobbies to bear on the problems we solve together.

Who we are

We’re approximately 50 people in Minneapolis with a wide range of experiences and expertise. We work with a bunch of companies whose names you’ll recognize, and we seek out opportunities to support our community with smaller and pro bono work, too. We don’t do timesheets, we don’t track vacation, and we’re not here to check up on you. We don’t have account people or bosses; we all work with our clients, collaborate, and trust each other to do the work well and take care of each other. We like to think we’re pretty fun, too.

Does this sound amazing to you, and maybe a little scary? Perfect. Please apply below with your resume and a link to your portfolio or work you’d like to share.

We welcome non-traditional, diverse perspectives in interests, culture, race and gender.
